Patsy Turner Redfern passed on August 27, 2020, after a long illness. She was born May 8, 1943, to Maurice and Evelyn Turner in Sheridan, MT.
In Patsy’s own words: “I lived my life my way! I worked at Silver Bow General Hospital for twenty years, and loved every minute of it. I worked as a bartender at Val’s Alpine and Ray’s Place for a long time. I was married four times, to Ron Ygnatowiz (the father of our two beautiful children, Ronda and Shawn), Penny Salcido, Herb Fillbach, and my loving Biffy, Philip ‘Biff’ Redfern”.
Patsy is survived by her sister, Norma Harrison; first husband, Ron Ygnatowiz; son and daughter-in-law, Shawn and Janet Ygnatowiz; grandchildren, Josie Ygnatowiz, Callie Ygnatowiz, and Ciara Silvestri; great-granddaughters, Lydia Borduin and Evry Silvestri; Mike, Sarah, Vivian and Niles Borduin; and numerous cousins and many dear friends.
Patsy’s fire will burn bright in the people who were able to know her and be impacted by her. We will miss Nana Patsy very much. There will be no services. In lieu of flowers or for donations please send in the name of Patsy Redfern to Friends of Hospice, 1940 Dewey Blvd., Butte, MT 59701.
