It was my privilege to work adjacently to Pat for many years in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s.
That orange stocking cap!
Pat was the kind of person who really cared about people and would give you the shirt off his back. When my spouse was deployed and I was caring for not only 2 little kids, but 150 families whose loved ones were also deployed, Pat was one of the people who always checked in with me to make sure we were doing okay, always asked how my spouse was.
I missed him when he retired, and loved seeing him when he stopped into the office occasionally.
