Janice Joy Gilbreath-Glenn, age 80, of Butte, Montana, passed away on January 23, 2024. She was born to Thomas Jefferson Gilbreath and Selma Glad on February 19th, 1943, in Seattle, Washington. Janice grew up in Butte and had a deep connection to the community she called home.
After earning her high school diploma, Janice pursued further education and obtained a 2-year certificate college degree. She began a career as a medical records coder at Warm Springs, where she dedicated 30 years of her life before retiring. Janice not only excelled in her work but also fostered strong relationships with her co-workers, driving herself and carpooling with various colleagues throughout the years.

Sadly, their time together was cut short when Michael passed away on March 30th, 2023. Janice cherished their memories and held onto the love they shared.
Beyond her professional life, Janice had a love for a wide variety of books and was an avid reader throughout her life. Additionally, she found joy in nature, particularly as an avid fly fisherwoman and camper. Wise River was a cherished place for her; she spent countless hours pursuing these passions here.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Michael Lee Glenn.
