There are way too many memories to list. Eleanor and my mom drinking Cold Duck. Watching Eleanor make pasta from scratch. Her dogs Freida and Schultz. Picnics out at the Nine Mile. I am truly very sorry for your loss. What a wonderful lady. Hang on to all the happy memories. She will be missed by you all.

A Grand Lady has passed. Gibraltar has crumbled. Far too many memories are tied to her to ever list. I can’t be there for the service, but my thoughts and prayers will be with you.

Eleanor, my best friend’s mom…
Living on South Gaylord across the street from the Wedlakes were some of the best years for us.
You made the best pastys (or is it pasties) ever and that colorful side dish. Karen maybe you can send the recipes. Although your mom had the magic touch.
I will always remember your generous easy smile and your infectious laugh.
Thank you for being patient with three precocious little girls – in this case Karen, Sandy and me. In particular the plate glass window caper, although in all fairness Karen had the good sense to head for home before matters went sideways. And of course the time you came home and found Karen and me sitting on your front steps cramming candy into our mouths. We figured if Karen needed a bit of sugar from one piece of candy then 20 pieces must be even better!
Butte will never be the same without you. You will cross our minds often in the years ahead. I know that you’re carefully and lovingly watching closely over your family & friends and of course you are with Bob and with my folks, John and Margaret, soaring with the angels as you should be.
Love you always.
