Earl Patrick Ozanne 75
Earl passed away Saturday Sept 9, 2023 at home surrounded by his family. There are no words to express how deeply saddened we all are but know he has found peace.
Earl was born Jan 27, 1948 to Chris and June Ozanne. Earl, a lifetime resident of Butte, MT enjoyed many things as one from here does. One thing he enjoyed was fishing the many lakes and streams around the area. Another was working in his garage tinkering and building different odds and ends of things that he had salvaged. He was a very handy man and passed these amazing skills of electrical work, plumbing, and woodworking down to his boys. You could usually find him in the garage which is where he developed a love for vintage woodworking tools. He would search garage sales and pawn shops, then bring them home where he’d polish them, giving them a new life. Earl was always more than happy to give you a tour of his treasures. He would beam about where he had found them and what he had to do to make them usable again.
Earl is survived by his wife, Pam (Bowser) Ozanne; daughter, Dawn (Ozanne); husband, Jeff Dennis; grandson, Chase Bloom; son, Ryan Ozanne; girlfriend Veronica Nelson; son, Chris Ozanne and daughter-in-law; Jennifer (Leipheimer) Ozanne; grandkids, Linkon and Kindrek Ozanne; son-in-law, Dave Corneil; grandsons, Connor and Riley Corneil; brother-in-law, Red Sullivan; and his dogs Sophie and Sarah.
Earl is preceded in death by his parents, Chris and June Ozanne; brother, Paul and sister-in-law, Kathy Ozanne; sisters, Annetta and Mary Chris Ozanne; daughter, Tracy Corneil; nephew, Paul “Gus” Ozanne Jr.; and many more family members.
The Ozanne family would like to thank Abby and Paula from Senior Solutions. A huge thank you to Dan McGrath for all you have done for Earl and his family.

Pam and family, we are so sad to hear that Earl has passed. From being friends since junior high to becoming brothers-in-law later in life I always enjoyed coming home and being able to visit him and family. He was a great craftsman and he could make anything look like new. May he rest in peace. Love and condolences to all. Larry and Terri Bowser
