Anna Marie Curnow, age 63, of Butte, Montana, passed away at her home on September 12, 2024. She fought a brave battle with Ovarian cancer. Anna was born to Myron and JoAnn Knutson on July 30, 1961, in Butte.
Anna graduated from high school and went on to raise a family. Anna married Cliff Curnow in September of 1990. Cliff and Anna remarried on December 24, 1995, in Butte. They liked each other so much they married twice. For many years she was a crossing guard and a foster grandparent for children of Hillcrest and Kennedy elementary schools.
Anna attended St. Mark’s Lutheran Church. She loved watching wrestling, “Murder She Wrote”, and “Storage Wars”; she especially liked the Hallmark and Lifetime television stations. Anna immensely enjoyed going for rides and playing games with her family, especially Uno and Yahtzee.
Anna was preceded in death by her parents, Myron and JoAnn Knutson. She is survived by her husband, Clifford Curnow; children, Ryan Knutson and Christopher (Jessica) Knutson; grandchildren (Ryan’s Children), Jada, Koby, Kail, Kaden and Colton, and (Chris’s children) Chris, Bailey, and Dillon; great-grandchildren (Jada’s children) Brooklyn and Lucus, and (Kalli Cady’s child), Ashton; siblings, William “Buddy” Knutson and Myrna Knutson; nephew, Nick Cady; and niece, Kalli Cady.
A service will be held and announced when arrangements are finalized.
