Robert “Bob” Vernon Warner, age 81, of Butte, Montana, passed away on May 26, 2021. Bob was born on July 1, 1939 in Meaderville to William and Irene (Grant) Warner. Bob was raised in Butte and went to Butte High. He went to receive his GED. Bob served in the United States Navy from 1958 to 1966, the last of those years were in Guam. Bob went on to be a heavy equipment operator and worked in the Berkely Pitt from 1966 to 1993.
After his service in the Navy, Bob met his love, Marian S. Finch. They married and had three children, Rob, Brad and Sandra.
In Bob’s spare time he enjoyed bowling, camping, getting out with Marian, and was also a member of the Moose Lodge.
Bob is preceded in death by his parents, William and Irene; mother and father-in-law, Marion and Howard Finch; and his brother, Ron Warner.
Bob is survived by his wife of 54 years, Marian; his 3 children, Rob Warner, Brad (Kyla) Warner, and Sandra (Rob) Fisher; sister, Pat Sholey; three grandchildren and two step grandchildren; five great grandsons and one great granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews.
Bob will be laid to rest at Mount Moriah Cemetery on South Montana Ave in Butte during a private service with Military Honors.
The graveside service will be held at 11 AM July 1, 2021, at Mount Moriah, 2415 S Montana St. in Butte.

I knew Bobby Warner in Franklin Grade School in Meaderville. I grew up in McQueen in Butte. I remember Bobby as a very fine athlete and he had THE MOST charming smile!! Condolences to his family and I know you will cherish the memories you all have of Bob.
