Rene Suzanne “Sue” Hogue, age 65, of Butte, MT passed away on February 2, 2020 after a long illness. Sue was born to Ray Hogue and Marianne Haney on November 15, 1954 in Butte.
Sue was a kind, giving, and caring person with a wonderful sense of humor. She would most often have a smile even through the pain she suffered. She enjoyed times at Flathead Lake and spending time with her daughter and grandsons. She worked as a bookkeeper and enjoyed her work friends and associates. Suzie enjoyed board games with friends and family.
She is survived by her daughter, Darcy Hogue-Everitt of Boise, ID, Mother and Step-Father Marianne and Ralph Haney of Butte, siblings, La Vonne (Ken) Hogue Pearson of Lincoln, MT, Ray (Zinda) Hogue of Vancouver, WA, Kenneth (Teresa) Hogue of Butte, Kevin Hawe of Butte, and Patrick Hawe of Butte, grandchildren, Kai Massey of Boise, ID, Camden Stone Everitt of Boise, ID, and several step-siblings, nieces, and nephews.
Sue is proceeded in death by her father, Ray Hogue of Elko, NV and her beloved grandson, Jaxton Steele Everitt of Boise, ID (February 2, 2003 – March 2, 2019).
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 15th at 12:00 p.m. at Grace and Truth Pentecostal Church, 1027 S. Main St, Butte, with a reception following at the same location.
