On May 22, 2022, we said goodbye to our brother, husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He was born to Fred and Jessie (Pollard) Rader on June 26, 1955, the 8th of their children.
To say he was a little spoiled would be correct. He was under a car almost as soon as he could talk and put a tool in his hand.
Building hot rods and classic cars was his passion. He also enjoyed camping, boating, and car shows.
Paul had a quick wit and always had a joke or a story.
Paul is survived by his wife of 50 years, Doris; sons, John Wilson (Wende) of Spokane Valley, Paul Jr. (Nickie); brothers, Tom, Fred (Carol), Rich (Jeri), Bill (Sandy), Bob (Diane); sisters, Jane Martinez and Jessie Lance; great-grandchildren, Colton and Genevieve; and several nieces and nephews and cousins and special cousins Kenneth and Judy LeCoure.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents; brother-in-law, Phil Martinez; sisters-in-law, Cora Rader, Fran Rader and Diane Rader; niece, Sonya Swicord; and nephews, Craig Nichols and Nicholas Shaide.
Paul loved dogs and had 2 or 3 at a time. We would like donations to go to Chelsea Bailey Animal Shelter or a shelter of your choice.
A celebration of life privately organized by the family will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 27th at the East Side Athletic Club, 3200 Dexter St, Butte, MT 59701.
