Pamela “Pam” Rae Salveson was born on June 18, 1951, in Missoula, Montana. She is the daughter of the late Al and Ethel (Erickson) Salveson and sister of the late Steven Salveson. Pam died on June 5, 2025, in Deer Lodge, Montana.
Pam was a member of Rainbow for Girls as a teen; she later became active in the Order of the Eastern Star for 50+ years. Pam experienced great joy signing to music. After working 30+ years, she continued enjoying reading, poker club, travel adventures, and shopping, lots of shopping.
A graveside service will be held at 11am, on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at Hillcrest Cemetery in Deer Lodge. Pam will be laid to rest next to her brother. Following the graveside, a luncheon celebrating her life will be held at the Masonic Temple, 500 Main St. and Milwaukee Ave., in Deer Lodge.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in honor of Pam are suggested to the Rialto Theatre, P.O. Box 874, Deer Lodge, MT. 59722, or to Shriners Children’s Hospital, mailed to: Shriners Children’s, Attn: Office of Philanthropy, 2900 N. Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607, or to a foundation of the donor’s choice.
