Opal Maxine Larson, 68, Butte, MT, passed away peacefully on October 27, 2019. Opal was born on September 3, 1951 in Miles City, MT to Virginia and Max Johnson.
Opal is survived by her children, Barbara Fisher and Robert Parkins, siblings, Barbara Towne, Jim Johnson, Charles Wing, Susan Miller, and Virgie Brown, grandchildren, Cristal Coopshaw, Jessie Fisher, Carrisa Flansburg, Dakota Davis, and Kaila Davis, great-grandchildren, Thomas Flansburg, Lily Clark, Talartha Parkins, Castiel Flansburg, Robert Parkins III, and Jameson Parkins.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Tom Johnson.
Donations may be made in Opal’s honor to The Chelsea Bailey Animal Shelter, 699 Centennial Ave.
Memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, November 23rd at 12 p.m. at Butte Unity Truth Center, 300 S. Montana St.
