Noah Tolon, known as Noah Bear by his family, left this life Friday morning February 25, 2022, at age 16. Born in Anaconda, Montana, Noah loved the outdoors, hunting, hiking, his dogs, past time in Karate, the local skate park, his school, teachers and admin-staff, his first-job as an associate at Stokes Market/True Value Hardware, and forever having his brother, Colin as his sidekick. Mom, Heather Frankovich, Aunt and Uncle Leigha and Ken Bates with little sister-cousin Bronwen, grandmother Becky Reed, along with extended family his step-sister Kate Frankovich and her partner Josh Martinez, and all those who touched his life and were graced by his, will carry him in their hearts. He made a difference as he grew through his years from Head Start into the Anaconda Senior High School.
Noah’s short time in our world carried the trademark of decency, compassion, kindness, and intellect. The pickup truck he worked to buy was in joyful preparation of upgrades. Weight lifting had become a passion with enjoyment at Goosetown Health Club. He had plans to learn snow-boarding from his brother. Noah enjoyed computers, home improvement projects, learning proficiency with a variety of tools, video games, past participation in school football, and helping others by shoveling snow for neighbors and quietly contributing to community service. The intensely cherished bond with his brother, mom, aunt and uncle, and grandmother marked a young life of meaning. Noah, whose smile could light a room, would want his many mentors, including Ken Bates, Chris Eamon, Skip Gervais, Tommy Rollins, Josh Martinez, and friends, along with family who so loved him, to realize how valued they were; and he would wish for all of them to fulfill their dreams.
Noah’s mom, aunt and their families will hold a memorial celebration of life later in the Spring. Should any desire to contribute, Heather Frankovich would appreciate trees planted in his name. Please contact Leigha Bates for more information at 406.560.0849.

Heather, Collin, and family, I loved teaching Noah in 8th and ninth grades. He was a wonderful person to have in class-polite and respectful-always a smile when I asked him something directly-that sweet shyness-he never wanted to disappoint. He is a son and brother to be proud of. I am heartbroken with you. I am praying for each of you, and grateful for the opportunity I had to know Noah.

I am very devastated that I have lost a good friend. He wasn’t just a friend but he was a close friend. He would always make me laugh and give cool jokes to me. I met him on social media would would talk alot and I would give him good motivations and he would do the same aswell but I didn’t get to meet him in person but I was actually planning on doing it. I am so upset that I found this out. I am so sorry for the Families loss. RIP My big bro.

Getting the opportunity to have had a friend as special as Noah is rare. He was always the kindest person, and we had the most interesting conversations. For years I have considered him a close internet friend. Devastated that I will never get the chance to meet him in person. He touched so many lives and was loved by so many mutual friends. My heart goes out to his family. Rest In Peace, Noah.
