Monty Dobson, age 65, of Deer Lodge, Montana, passed away on November 24, 2021.
A Celebration of Life, organized privately by the family, for Monty Dobson will be held on Friday, December 3rd at 11am, at the Rialto Theater in Deer Lodge, MT. As a tribute to Monty, drivers bring your helmets for a special moment and dress in derby style, derby t’s, etc. This is not a formal event

Julie, So sorry to hear this. I did business with Monty off and on for 30 years and considered him a friend. He always treated me fair and square. He knew his stuff and was one of a kind. I am going to miss him.

Never got to meet Monty but worked with him over 15 years buying parts for my Dodge Monaco. Super nice guy and always treated me fairly. He always had really cool stories about all the cars he owned at his yard and his demo derby events. He will be missed. God bless and rest in peace.

wow this is sad to hear I really liked him.I first seen him when i was racing down the road on a riding mower we talked alot of cars and worked on odds and ends around his place and his secret honey hole as we called it his wife was really nice im happy to have been your friend and thank your for the memories even tho they where short.
