Lorena Mae (Pettet) Ford, Age 88, of Butte, formerly of Livingston, Montana

Lorena (Pettet) Ford was born May 21, 1935, in Butte, MT. She was the daughter of Andrew and Lena (St Amant) Pettet. She attended school in Butte, graduating from Butte High School in 1953.

On July 11, 1954, she married Kenneth G Ford in Butte. They moved to Great Falls, then 2 years later to Billings where Ken started his own TV repair business. They had two sons, both born in Billings, Keith and Wayne. Ken and Lorena moved to Livingston in 1960 and together owned and operated Alpine Yamaha for 26 years and the Radio Shack for 22 years before retiring. After retirement they spent the winters in Bullhead City, Arizona. In September 2021 they moved to Butte.

Lorena was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Darlene, and Darlene’s husband, Ron Davis; her brothers, Tom, and Glenn Pettet, and Glenn’s wife, Ida.

She is survived by her husband, Ken; sons and daughters in law, Keith and Cindy Ford of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Wayne and Laurie Ford of Livingston, Montana; five grandsons and four adopted grandchildren; and sister in law, Terrill Pettet.

Services will be held in the summer of 2024 and will be announced when arrangements are finalized. Please below to offer the family condolences or to share a memory of Lorena.
