I met Lauren when he took training to become a CNA and worked at Colonial Manor in Deer Lodge. He was a special and caring Nurse Aide but more so just a caring human being. I just thoroughly enjoyed his friendship and working with him. My heart goes out to his family-especially to Linda and to Wayne and Shelly and their family. Lauren will truly be missed. Anita Hamm

I was fortunate to have sung with Lauren in the Messengers for two years in ’84 & ’85. He took me under his wing when I was an underclassman at Walla Walla College and we’d hang out and watch movies or eat some great food. We were both heavy into sports so we’d “argue” best teams and players of many different sports. He was a gentle, kind friend who I will miss a great deal.

Knew Lauren while at WWC (1980-82). He knew his sports and music. Was fun to be around. So sorry to come across this news of his passing while looking around on facebook. Sleeping in peace until Jesus comes is not a bad thing. It was fun working with Lauren all those years ago. Heaven will be a better place to hang out with him. Looking forward to it.
