Judy Ann Jones, 82, died early Tuesday morning at her home in Butte. She enjoyed being able to stay at home through the New Year as her cherished visits from friends, family and Johnny kept her smiling every day. She was wonderful to visit with and truly loved interacting with folks. Whether it be an antique deal of a lifetime or a passerby in the store, she would always make time for anyone. Extending kindness to others was one of her lifelong characteristics. She took exceptional care of her husband John, her parents, and many other old folks in our community with her selfless service.
She loved music, art, and old Christmas ornaments. One of her amazing talents, that not many people knew of, was her incredible ability to draw and paint. Capturing a wildflower, barn, rabbit, or landscape in a watercolor would leave even the most accomplished artist awestruck.
Judy is survived by her daughter, Debre DeMers; Daughter-in-Law, Sarah; Son and Grandson, Aaron and Johnny Boy; brothers, Rich and Jon Pozega; sister, Jane Bender; and many extended family and friends.
Preceding her in death are her Husband, John Jones; Mother and Father, Helen and John Pozega; Sister, Lois Dunlap; Brother, Bob Pozega; and many extended family and friends.
A very special thanks to Sarah Jones and Neighbor Pat Kenny for all your years of help and friendship!!

My dear Aunt Judy and Uncle John were some amazing people. They always made us coffee and told us stories around the kitchen table. They will be greatly missed. Take care and God bless you. Kelly

Judy left an undeniable impression on my life. My favorite memories were returning from a late night of ice hockey to enjoy a cup of hot cocoa and peanut butter toast. Thankyou for your love and kindness Judy!

So many fun times wheeling and dealing with Judy finding those ‘keepers’ and selling the rest! I will miss our “check-in calls.” Aaron, Debre`and family, so much love she had for you…my deepest sympathy.
