In Memory Of

Jerry M. Lang, age 80, of Anaconda, Montana

November 5, 1939 – October 22, 2020

Jerry was born in Ione, Oregon on November 5, 1939 to Mary and James Lang. He grew up in Sutherlin, Oregon and later moved to Eugene where he graduated from high school in 1957. He spent many summers after high school in Alaska working for his stepfather’s logging company. He settled in the Portland area working for United Grocers before starting his own business in 1984. He retired in 2003 and moved with his wife, Carol, to Anaconda where he spent the next 17 years enjoying life in the “Big Sky” Country.

Jerry was preceded in death by his mother, Mary; stepfather, “Chick”; father, James; and his mother and father-in-law, Giggles and Art Gustafson. He is survived by his wife, Carol; his brother, Jim (Roni) Lang of Seattle, Washington; daughters, Janice (Pat) Martin of Portland and Cindy (John) Ayoub of Huntington Beach, California; step-daughter, Jill (Shane) Martin of Helena; step-sons, Mark (Rosie) Weaver of Downers Grove, Illinois and Kevin Weaver of Helena; grandchildren Brandon (Tabitha) Martin, Katie (Kyle) Schiedler, Nicolette and Ashley Ayoub, Kiefer (Chloe) Martin, Tyler Martin, Kelsey Martin, Kasey Weaver, and Lauren Weaver; and great-grandsons, Wilson Martin and Rowan Schiedler.

No services will be held at this time due to COVID-19 restrictions. Please visit below to offer the family a condolence or to share a memorial of Jerry.
