Frank Conrad Tauscher passed away unexpectedly at the age of 69 years.
Frank was born to Gilbert and Betty Jean (Bumgartner) Tauscher in Anaconda, Montana. He was the third of five children.
Frank spent much of his life working with his hands. He was skilled in welding, big machinery repair and mechanics, and enjoyed his work until he retired in his 60’s. Frank valued and enjoyed his solitude and privacy. His greatest accomplishment in life was his son, Lonny. Till the day of his passing, Frank carried a picture of his only child in his wallet and kept small reminders of his son close by. Family stated that when asked, Frank was always available with a helping hand. He always enjoyed searching for the winning lottery or lotto ticket.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents, a niece and nephews.
He is survived by his son, Lonny Tauscher; siblings, Gilbert Tauscher, William (Debbie) Tauscher, Nancy Martin, Lucinda (Steve) Tauscher Doolittle Foster, and Emily Keifer; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
Frank was cremated in January 2022. A small graveside service will be held July 30, 2022 at 11:30 a.m. at Mountain View Cemetery in Pocatello, Idaho. Family and friends are welcome.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made for headstone expense (Tauscher Family, P. O. Box 3852, Butte, MT 59702) or a charity of your choice in Frank’s name.
