Elizabeth Darlene Hawe was born June 30th 1958 in Anaconda MT to Darlene McGetrick and Phillip Hawe, and passed away at her home June 24th, 2022. She grew up in Anaconda but lived and spent time in Butte and Missoula as well. Beth had 3 daughters and loved them all very much; she was very proud of all of them and enjoyed being a grandma of 10 grandchildren.
Her first daughter Jessica Martin of Tampa FL (& Tito Ortega) was born August 21st, 1977 in Bozeman MT. She has 4 sons, Jose, Ernesto, Jayden and Jordan.
Sierra Fazzina Futch of Frenchtown MT (& Jim Futch) was born February 19th, 1984 in Missoula MT. She has one daughter Madison, and one son, River.
Katie Carlson of Missoula MT was born October 20th, 1993. She has 4 children: Natalie, Bentley, Dayton and Khloe.
Beth was extremely talented at whatever she endeavored, whether it was playing the guitar, singing, drawing, or crocheting and crafting. She loved music, plants, flowers, and gardening. Some of her fondest memories were of Harley Davidson rides, camping, fishing and floating in our beautiful state. She had a beautiful smile and laugh that would light up the room. She was a friend to many and will be greatly missed. She leaves behind her daughters and grandchildren and several brothers and sisters: Jim and Bonnie Greek of Roy WA; Janice and Bill Hamilton of Puyallup WA; Kathy and Mike Riley of Butte MT; Tom O’Brien of Butte, MT; and Colleen Foster and Jim Miller of Butte, MT. She also leaves numerous nieces and nephews: Casey, Riley, Megan, Kelsey, Jennifer, Shaylyn, Matt, Melissa, and Cody. A celebration of life will be held for family members in Butte MT later this summer.
