Eleanor passed away peacefully Monday evening surrounded by loving family.
Born to Mary and Adolph Cuny in Pine Ridge, South Dakota, the family relocated to Butte, Montana in the mid 1940’s. Eleanor met and married Lewis Fellows Jr. in November of 1947 and together they raised their 10 children.
Eleanor was passionate about her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed quilting, gardening, playing pinochle and bingo, and traveling.
Eleanor joins in heaven her husband Lewis of 56 years, grandchildren (Danny, Shane and Jerry), her parents and 7 siblings.
She is survived by her sister, Joyce Warren; her 10 children, Alan and Sharon Fellows of Butte, Linda and Emil Berry of Boise, Eleanor and (Robert) Campbell of Idaho Falls ID, Cheryl and (Willis) Cook of Butte, Susan and Charles Leone of Leesburg VA, Mary Yates of Sparks NV, Lewis and Nancy Fellows of Butte, Timothy and Lori Fellows of Douglas WY, Jeffrey and Vicki Fellows of Butte and Gregory and Christine Fellows of Sparks NV; 18 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She will be remembered and missed by all.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to The Springs and all of their staff as well as Compassus Hospice for the care given to Eleanor. Memorials in honor of Eleanor are suggested to Compassus Hospice.
