Dwayne Ronald Wilhelm, age 70, of Butte, Montana, passed away on February 23, 2021.
Dwayne was born to John and Cecilia Wilhelm on November 21, 1950, in Anaconda, Montana, and his hometown was in Butte. After finishing high school, he was 29 years in the National Guard/Army Reserve, and he was principally retired afterwards. However, he also worked for the Anaconda Company, I-80 Travel Plaza in Sinclair, Wyoming, and RD’s Travel Stop in Butte.
He is survived by his son, Jason Wilhelm; his grandchildren, Jayden, Allen, and Madisyn Wilhelm; and his nephews, Jeff Baslington and Greg Wilhelm; and nieces, Gina Wilhelm, Nadine Maschmann, and Evelyn Dziak; and his brothers and sister, Eugene (Pam) Wilhelm, Richard Wilhelm, John (Sonny) Wilhelm, and Lorraine Whaley.

Dwayne worked for me (along with his brother Richard) at Fairmont. Great guy! I haven’t chatted with him since January probably. Will miss him very much! RIP!
