Douglas “Doug” Ohren, age 51, of Ramsay, Montana, passed away unexpectedly on September 13, 2022. He was born to Richard and Norma Ohren on August 27, 1971, in Oregon. He called Whitehall, Montana, his hometown. His significant other as of 2001 was Annissa Hastie. He graduated Whitehall High School and was principally occupied in the construction industry. He opened his drywall company in 2014. He spent his time hunting, fishing, camping, and spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his partner, Annissa Hastie; children, Desirae Klose, Jennifer Madsen, Christoffer Wassberg, Amie Hastie; brothers and sisters, Darlene (Perry) Hesch, Tammie (Jim) Hagerott, Terrie (Jerome) Vetsch, and Cheryl Nelson; his grandchildren, Zach Madsen, Izabella Madsen, Makenna Madsen, Mercy Buell, Jaylynn Buell, Brayden Hastie, Everlee Lockyer; aunts and uncles, cousins (all of Minnesota), nieces, nephews, great-nieces and -nephews. He is preceded by grandparents, great-grandparents; mom, Norma Ohren and dad, Richard Ohren.
There will be a celebration of life on Sunday, September 25th, 2022, at the Silver Bow Athletic Club in Butte at 2 PM. Graveside services on Monday, September 26th, in Whitehall, Montana. All services organized privately by the family.
