Charles J. Chamberlin, 81 passed away at his home on March 18, 2023. He was born in Butte, MT, to Jack and Catherine Chamberlin. Charles is survived by his wife of 60 years Frances (Evans) and sons, Cary and Clint Chamberlin, four grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his son, Shannon (1998), brothers, Gary and Glen Chamberlin, and his parents.
Charles attended Butte High School. He worked for the Anaconda Co. and as a Teamster for Great Western Trailer Sales.
Funeral Mass will be held at 11am on Friday, March 24th at St. Ann’s Catholic Church, 2100 Farragut Ave. in Butte, with a 1 hour viewing and visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. Rite of Committal will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, 4700 Harrison Ave. Please visit www.axelsonfuneralhome.com to offer the family a condolence or to share memory of Charles.
