Betty Lalanne went to sleep (see John 11:11 “Our friend Lazarus has fallen asleep” and John 11:14 “Lazarus is dead”) early on Monday morning.
She taught school in California, but mostly in the Butte area for 36 years. Together with her husband Darrell she traveled to 45 different countries.
In addition to her husband Darrell, she is survived by her son David and his wife Diane, daughter Julie and her husband Mike, 11 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
She awaits the first resurrection.
Ecclesiastes 7 1:2 “A good name is better than precious ointment and the day of death better than the day of birth. It is better to go to the house of mourning than to go to the house of feasting for this is the end of all men and the living will lay it to heart”.

Darrell, Dave, and Family:
My deepest sympathy, I met Betty at The Belmont Center, and what a joy she always had a smile, so happy, and so joyful. she was so religious and was Darrell, always spreading the gospel.
My thoughts and prays are with the family, remember the memories and they will help you make it through this difficult time.
We will all meet again, no more pain, sadness, only love, and joy, when we will be in the kingdom of God where we can be together what a joy when that day comes.
MAY GOD BLESS YOU AND WATCH OVER YOU ALL.
