Anthony “Tony” Joseph Mckeown was born August 21, 1958 in Baker, MT. Tony died peacefully at home surrounded by family in Butte, MT on January 24, 2020.
Tony was an avid outdoorsman with a great love for hunting, fishing and camping known for his terrific bonfires.
Tony worked many jobs in coal mines, asbestos removal, apartment maintenance, running Texas Hold’em tournaments as well as his favorite having a flea market business with his mother Gail Baum. His last job was at Gibson guitar before illness struck.
Tony leaves behind his beloved wife Cheryl; his children son Aaron (Jessica) Mckeown, daughter Darcie (Lee) Shoup, daughter Natalie (Junior) Gutierrez, stepson Bradley Obenour; seven grandchildren; father Louis Mckeown; siblings Pat Mckeown, Sharon Foss, Joe Mckeown, Marie Schoening, Lisa Baker.
Tony was preceded in death by his mother Gail Baum, uncle Lloyd Mckeown, brother Alvin Mckeown and niece Denise Mckeown.
The family will be having a Celebration of Life at a later date.
